Getting to Us
Arriving by Car
Use postcode BB7 2EU for sat nav. We're around 5 minutes from the A59. Scroll down for parking information.
Arriving by Train
We're located directly opposite the train station so you won't have far to walk! Please enter via the door on the car park for easy access.
Arriving by Bus
The coach / bus station is just a 1 minute walk away, located directly next to the train station. Head for the train station and you can't miss us!
Parking
Our Car Park
We have a limited number of spaces in our own car park. Unfortunately these are first-come, first-served and can't be pre-booked. You can access our car park via the gated entrance opposite Booths, or just next to the police station.
Market Car Park
The Clitheroe market car park is within a one minute walk from our venue and parking is generally less than £5, which can be paid on arrival by cash, card or app.
Times
Check In
Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Should you need to check-in earlier, this is dependent on availability on the day, however we can always hold any luggage securely and issue you with your room key from 11am, until your room is ready.
Check Out
Standard checkout time is 11am on departure day. Should you need a late check-out, this can only be booked on the day before departure. An extended checkout until 12 noon is complimentary, however after this, is charged at £15 per hour.
Food & Drink
Our restaurant serves food Thursday - Sunday from 12 noon. Times for last food orders vary by day, so please check our website for the latest times. The bar is open every day apart from Wednesday and serves until at least 8pm, but usually later.
Breakfast
If you've booked breakfast with us, this is served at Maxwells just across the road from us. Breakfast is served from 9am - 2pm every day. If you need to leave earlier than this, please let us know and we can provide a continental breakfast to your room.
Rooms
In-Room Amenities
Alongside fluffy towels and cotton bedding, you'll also find tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, large flat screen tv and sweet treats.
Amenities on Request
We have irons, clothes steamers, fans and heaters available on request. Just ask at reception or use our guest services app after check-in.
Beds
All rooms feature a comfy king sized bed. If you've booked a family room and require the sofa bed making up for your stay, please let us know in advance of your arrival.
Accessibility
Our building is over 150 years old and unfortunately we have no ground floor rooms or lift. Our team will happily help you with any luggage, however if any stairs are an issue for your own mobility, we may not be the best venue for you. If you'd prefer a room on the first floor, please let us know. We have one king room and two superior rooms on the 1st floor.

Taxis
Our local recommended taxi company is Tiger Taxis, on 01200 444444. Please be aware that most taxis will only accept cash.
Room Upgrades
We have a selection of upgrades available, such as prosecco or champagne on arrival, chocolates and flowers. Just ask our team for more informatiom.
Supermarkets
Booths is directly opposite us, and Tesco & Sainsburys are within a 5 minute walk as well. Tesco is open until midnight 6 days a week.
Out of Hours Access
Our 24 hour guest entrance is accessible via a staircase on the car park.
